Celebration of Life Service for Paramedic Jay Piggot

Dear Members;

The Piggot family, along with North Shore Search and Rescue has invited BC Ambulance Service employees to attend Jay’s Celebration of Life. The service will take place:

December 18, 2017 @ 1300hrs
Capilano Rugby Club
1910 Glenaire Drive
North Vancouver, BC

Jay was an incredibly proud, caring and passionate paramedic therefore BC Ambulance employees are asked, if possible to attend in uniform.  The order of dress for the funeral will be:

  • Full Dress Uniform with Medals and Forage Cap; or
  • Duty Uniform with Stripped Belt (no tie, pouches, pagers, etc.)

The APBC Paramedic Ceremonial Unit will be on hand at the funeral to provide assistance and support.

His wife Denise, sons Max and Jake would like to convey their deep appreciation for the outpouring of support they have once again received from all of Jay’s colleagues across BCEHS through this difficult time.

Jay’s family and friends have asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Jay Piggot Memorial Fund to help assist with the family’s needs in their time of grief.

Friends and colleagues wishing to send messages of condolence may forward them to Paula Goss at paula.goss@bcehs.ca
