CPHWS Invitation to Participate
Dr. Renée MacPhee (Wilfrid Laurier University) and Steven Fischer (University of Waterloo) have asked us to share this updated invitation for you to participate in a study designed to “take the pulse” of paramedic professionals working in Canada. Show your support for this important initiative by completing your survey, which can be accessed through the following link: http://bit.ly/paramedic_survey
The survey will take approximately 30-60 minutes to complete and when you have submitted your survey, you may choose to have your name entered into a prize draw.
EARLY BIRD PRIZE DRAW – DEADLINE EXTENDED!!
If you complete your survey by JULY 8th, 2016, you will be eligible to enter your name into the draw featuring two (2) Apple iWatches (sport model) and one (1) Apple iPad.
MAIN PRIZE DRAW – ADDITIONAL PRIZE ADDED!!
If you complete your survey by JULY 25th, 2016, you will be eligible to enter your name into the draw featuring two (2) Apple iPods, fifty (50) $25.00 Tim Horton’s gift cards…and just added…one (1) Apple iWatch (sport model)!!
PREPARING FOR A STRIKE AT CANADA POST
We encourage you to complete your survey online as this will not be affected by the strike. The link for the online survey is: http://bit.ly/paramedic_survey
For paramedics who prefer to complete a hard-copy of the survey (available at your service, or, by contacting me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org), please return your survey in the post-paid envelope provided in your survey package. The main prize draw will not take place until July 25, or, until 14 days after the strike has ended in order to allow enough time to ensure that everyone’s names are included in the draw.
