Re:       Negotiations, Convention & Bylaws Committees

On April 6, 2020, the Provincial Executive Board held a board meeting at which time a by-election was run to vote on vacant positions within the Negotiating, Convention & Bylaws Committees, as per Bylaw 13.d3.

Negotiating Committee – On-Call position, balance of term ending Convention 2020 – Graham Kerslake

Convention Committee – On-Call position, balance of term ending Convention 2020 –  Sarah Pardy

Convention Committee – FT/RPT position, balance of term ending Convention 2020 – Jaidan Ward 

No nominations were received for the Bylaws Committee position. The executive committee then appointed a member into this position, as per Bylaw 13.a10. 

Bylaws Committee – On-Call position, balance of term ending Convention 2020 – Chandra Lee Koonts
