Remembering Paramedics Ivan Polivka and Jo-Ann Fuller

Today marks the eight (8) year anniversary of the tragic loss of Paramedic Ivan Polivka and Paramedic Unit Chief Jo-Ann Fuller. The crew was returning from the hospital in Port Alberni when their ambulance was involved in a single-vehicle accident. The unit plunged off a narrow road and into Kennedy Lake. 
 
Please take a moment to remember Ivan, Jo-Ann and the eight other members who have made the ultimate sacrifice serving the citizens of British Columbia In the Line of Duty.
 
We shall never forget them.
