VENUE:
11:00 hrs – commence funeral service in honour of Captain Bryan Kongus at Fraserview Mennonite Brethren Church located at 11295 Mellis Drive, Richmond, BC.
PARKING:
Parking is available on site at Fraserview for family members and volunteers only. Parking is very limited in this area therefore it is recommended that you park at either the muster area located at 10851 Shellbridge Way or the overflow parking available at Sandman Signature Hotel, 10251 St Edwards Drive, Richmond.
OVERFLOW PARKING:
Overflow parking is available at the Sandman Signature Hotel, located at 10251 St Edwards Drive, Richmond.
STAGING AREA:
9:15 hrs – all Honour Guard / Parade Personnel will muster in uniform and report to Captain Bill Mulder in the car park of 10851 Shellbridge Way (Building No. 6), Off Shell Road.
PROCESSION:
10:20 hrs – the procession will set off from staging area.
PARADE ROUTE:
Parade Route: 10851 Shellbridge, Bamfield Gate, Bamfield Drive, Mellis Drive, West Entrance of Fraserview Church
OVERFLOW SEATING:
Will be provided in the Fraserview Gymnasium with a live feed of the service.
RECEPTION:
A private reception for family and Emergency Services Personnel will commence immediately following the conclusion of the funeral service. This reception will take place at the 39 Service Battalion, 12 Company, The Sherman Armoury, 5500 No. 4 Road, Richmond, V6X 3L5
PUBLIC:
Members of the public wishing to pay their last respects to Captain Bryan Kongus are invited to attend and line the procession route. Members of the public are invited to attend the funeral service subject to seating availability.
