Theresa Bond Anniversary

Dear Members;

Today is the 28th anniversary of the tragic loss of Paramedic Unit Chief Theresa Bond.

Theresa, 42, was the Unit Chief at the Atlin station in northwestern British Columbia when she died in a plane crash en route to a Unit Chief’s meeting in Smithers. Theresa joined the BCAS in 1980 and became the Unit Chief in Atlin in 1987.

Theresa’s anniversary comes just two days prior to the BC Fallen Paramedic Day ceremony and we ask that you take a moment to remember Theresa and the nine other brothers and sisters that have given the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty to the people of British Columbia.

Sincerely,

Provincial Executive Committee
Ambulance Paramedics & Emergency Dispatchers of British Columbia
