Dear Members;

Re:      Update – Nominations for Regional Elections

Please be advised that the Regional Nominations were issued with some errors recently. The following positions were listed as having a two-year term, but are in-fact the balance of a two-year term ending in 2024:

  • Region 1 South – Regional Recording Secretary
  • Region 2 East – Regional Recording Secretary
  • Region 3 – Regional Public Education Director
  • Region 5 to 8 – Regional Recording Secretary

Please note that all nominations listed above have been rectified on the nomination system to reflect the correct terms. Anyone who has accepted a nomination for any of the above positions will be included on the election ballot for the correct term listed above.

In addition to the above, the balance of a two-year term ending in 2024 for the Region 2 West Regional Recording Secretary has been added and will be open for 21 days.
